Submissions on legislative proposals
For some time, the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht has prepared submissions on proposals of the European Commission and on legislative proposals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A board member of the Studienvereinigung coordinates and drafts the statement in cooperation with a group of members of the Studienvereinigung. The author groups are formed on an ad hoc basis and are open to all members.
